A brief history

Mile High Tech Allies was started by a team of tech professionals with over 25 years of combined experience helping people solve everyday technology problems. After years of watching friends, family, and small business owners struggle with confusing tech and unhelpful support, we decided to do something about it.

We believe getting help with your computer shouldn't feel intimidating or expensive. Whether you're a small business owner trying to keep your point-of-sale system running, a parent setting up a new laptop for school, or a retiree learning video calls to keep in touch with grandkids, we're here to help — patiently, without the jargon, and like a good neighbor would.
